Rachel
The hotel had a spacious and cozy room with a fridge and a safe. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and keeping our belongings while our room was being cleaned. The location of the hotel was excellent, with everything on the island easily accessible within a 10-15 minute walk. We particularly loved the free water provided in the lobby, which saved us money and allowed us to refill our water bottles multiple times a day. It was a clean hotel with strong wifi and a comfortable king bed.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Conveniently located near the water taxi docks, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. The staff was quick to address any issues, as they promptly switched me to a room with a balcony and beautiful views. Many dining options within a short walking distance. Appreciated the provision of beach towels for swimming. The air conditioning in the room was a much-needed relief from the humid weather.
Some rooms were noisy, especially those located near the power station. Consider requesting a room away from this area.

Loved our escape! Huge rooms and great coffee mugs for the morning brew. The location was perfect, just a block away from the main street with all the bars and restaurants. We also loved that the grocery store was across the road and there was an amazing fry jack place just a block away. We stayed on the third level in one of the best rooms we've had during our 22-day trip to Belize. Highly recommend!
Didn't dislike anything! The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly.

The complementary coffee and croissant in the morning was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, just a few blocks from all the restaurants and bars. I also appreciated the availability of a shuttle to the business district.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was poor, making it difficult to work. the room was small and had no windows, which made it feel cramped.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the ferry and shops, making it convenient to get around the island. The rooms are spacious and have balconies, and the showers have hot water. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service. The hotel offers reasonable prices and is a good option if you're on a budget and not too picky.
Everything was fine with no major issues.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the water taxi docks, making it a perfect choice for those arriving from Belize City or heading to Chetumal. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms, especially those on lower levels with balconies, offer beautiful views of the water on either side of the narrow island.
No major issues, just minor noise from dripping water and barking dogs occasionally.

I had a wonderful stay at this well situated hotel with a lovely balcony. I was lucky to have a room with a balcony that opened, allowing me to people watch and even dry my washing. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom had a good shower and hot water. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel's location was extremely convenient as it was close to the water taxi stations, ferry and lots of restaurants. The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony, and had excellent facilities including a safe and air conditioning. The shower was large and very hot, making it the best shower I've had in my three and a half months of travelling. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.
Cannot find any fault.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the island, with the pier and water taxi stations just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a working air conditioner and fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing complimentary beach towels and tea/coffee in the morning. We especially enjoyed the nearby cafes and restaurants, as well as the convenience of a grocery store just across the street.
The rooftop terrace lacked shade and was not as inviting as we hoped.

Spent Thanksgiving at a hotel near the ferry, grateful for great location close to the water taxis. I was pleasantly surprised with two complementary drinks and snacks on arrival, helpful when I arrived tired from my travels. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace for sunrise yoga—amazing views.
The room was a bit dingy and in need of an update. The bathroom was clean but the shower water temperature was inconsistent.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the center of the island near lots of restaurants and the water taxis. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well-equipped, one of the best we've stayed in.
No major complaints, everything was okay.
